Richards for the Western Aviation Oral History Project of the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies at Brigham Young University on 15 Jan. 1993. Mortensen talks about his association with the civil pilot training program. He recalls his aviation experiences during World War II and tells about the Utah Pacific Airways and the airport in Ogden, Utah.
